Thats right all its farm camp week!!
I have been really looking forward to this for a while.....It is so much fun to watch the kids and work with them with whatever project we are doing! You can learn so much from them that I learn something new every day!! I am sure the smile and frown...the laughter and tears will be remembered for a LONG time by all of us sharing in this time!
Did I mention we have had another calf born!! This one was unexpected! I walked out to see what was going on and there was a beautiful red bull calf!! That is my ALL time favorite thing on the farm!! Finding a new born calf!
As for hay we have not had a chance since May to get on the fields! We are hoping the rain will clear soon but at this point we need at least four good days just so that the fields can soak in some of the rain!

It is a strange time for me....I am no longer babysitting everyday...Today was my first day off from "I have to get up and leave the house" ....I was telling a friend that my life is run by my watch. Wow I am not sure how to tell you how I am enjoying being home and knowing I can get things done around the house! I still have to go to work everyday but I am only gone for a few hours instead of all day! I am going to just put down some of my random thoughts from this week and if ya would like to tell me what you think email me or comment.......
First off I have been apart of a Home coming of sorts this past week and I must say it is amazing to see God's people come together to pray and comfort those that are now going through the emotions of loosing a loved one...David Camp touched so many lives in the days he was on the hospital and the days after he went to be with God....over 7000 people on one website! There are people being saved...brought back into a deeper relationship with God ...it is so neat to see how God is using this young mans death to bring his people to their knees!
So how are we going to be remembered? How are you touching those around you?
What am I doing to bring people to God? Am I going to be remember as a young woman striving to follow Gods will!?
On another note....My grandmother is still not well...her children are having to do most everything for her ....
How am I gonna be when I get to be that age? I am praying that I have such a will to live that those that are around me don't even know that I am getting old! I have a 92 year old aunt who may as well be in her 60's! She has friend come over and they workout together still!!
So please keep praying for Grandma Colleen....and her kids...she need a will to live and they need patience to put up with her and stick it out till she is better or whatever comes next!
Yup if you didn't make it this far that's OK I understand ;-)
The last thing I have to say is tell everyone you know and love that you do in fact love them..say those three words out loud! You never know what may happen or if you will ever get the chance to say them again!
My dear friends I LOVE YOU!!!
Don't think for a second that when I do tell you out loud that I don't mean it or I am just saying it to make you feel better....I really do and it means alot to hear people tell you cause you never know what kind of week one may be having and what they may be thinking!!
Over and out <3

It is a new week......My last week as a nanny.......
We have not had good weather for hay... we are starting to wonder when it will clear so we can get the hay in!
Grandma is doing well...She is home and growing stronger!
Please keep the Camp family in your prayers...they lost their son last night ...He has gone to be with the Lord and touched many people on his way.....
I had a wonderful weekend visiting with Lindseys and Roberts!! It is so nice to keep in touch with everyone!

Wow...I can't believe how this week has flown by!!
Grandma went into the hospital Tuesday and the Doctor's didn't think she would make it through the night...She did and is going home tomorrow! She was dehydrated and it made her blood pressure drop....Thank God her cleaning lady was their or we would not have her here with us any more...I am grateful she is still with us and hopeful she will listen and start eating right!
The day after Grandma went into the hospital a young man was brought in the has severe head trauma after getting into a car crash.....He need lots of prayer as the Doctors are saying they have 24 hours before they will turn off life support! We serve a amazing God that can do what ever he wants...We would hope that he will bring him back to life but know that if he chooses to take him home what a day of rejoicing he will have!! Please keep the Camp family in your prayers!!
As for life on the farm.....We had some calves running around the yard this morning...they were cute till they went into the garden then back to the field for them!! I will be working my last week with the boys I babysit this coming week..it will be a bittersweet thing for me! I love them but feel that I am being called in a different direction....
God bless each and every one of you who read my blog!!

Its the end of the week and I must say it has been a long one!
We got all the cows treated for pink eye so now we should not have any problem with them loosing their eyes.....
We are starting to think we will be swimming in a cloudy pool all summer as we have pour over 20 gallons of shock in and its just not clearing up!
It will be a busy weekend for us...we have a family party with family in from out of state....I have CPR/first Aid training all day Saturday...then on to an engagement party..... Sure makes one pray the weather stays nice for all the traveling I will be doing!
School will be ending in another week and a half ...this means I will not be babysitting any more ....I will miss the boys but I think it is time for this change!
Well the sun is shining and I must go try to have a productive day;-)
